only staff and HR people is good but they all are very disappointment with owner management.

Dislikes

Management is very bed. Owner only think about there profit. they also not accept and value there senior staff and key person. They have small business culture. I hope new partner will solve the company culture and also find old owner propaganda.

All staffs are highly qualified and expert in personal job area. Good team work. Everyone gets chance to show ability in this organization. Environmanf is quite unhealthy but overall good place to grow up your career through this company.

Dislikes

Only one think I would like to mention here, is about environment. This mean dust and lack of safety equipment.

In this company does not make more increment by we are working in company ...so it's dislike for me

In this compney, my role is maintenance of cranes, lath machine, furnace etc. I also learn about DOL starter, star delta starter, reverse forward wiring about system.

In sufficient carrier growth, small scale industry, and can't behave permanent till long period.

My company is making parts of Automobile ..In this company I gain or learn good knowledge like instruments ,manufacturing process ,Quality documents, machines.

Dislikes

Company 's management is not good and company's upper level employees has not knowledge and also has no technical degree.Company pay scale is also low.
