1. There is absolutely no respect for engineers and honest employees. 2. Harsh, cruel and partial behavior of the operations manager and team leader. 3. Partiality and favouritism like behaviour of operations manager and team leader. 4. There is absolutely no job security and there is no hope of hike and promotion. 5. The work culture of the Company Manufacturing Unit is very bad. Specially by the Lab technicians and team leaders. 6. Team leaders are very chatty and unsupportive. 7. The HR department is very lazy.

I like working here, the best thing is getting leave on time and salary on time and friendly employees.

I don't like it at all, here salary does not increase on time, promotion does not happen on time, there is no overtime.

Favouritism to the fullest zonal heads are biased and Hitler's No value of work and work ethics Don't expect growth Although they will.promise u 2 holidays per month but u won't get any if ur not a favourite. Terribly toxic work environment

...give us good vibes but the worst part is not supporting us during this pandemic. Not paying us salary or any compensation,no information how things will gonna work in future highly job insecure.

Slow growth,work pressure sometimes and no appreciation and no salary hike no matter how hard you work.loads of office politics.
