...about this place. The Drs, the work culture the management , all are horrible. The management does not care about its employees and you are looked down up on, salary is less and has so many cuts- you basically make very less after working so long !! The work culture is toxic and some are bred specially by the management to be that way so they are benefited as their spy's and the rest can be spied up on... There is this huge burden to do the monthly quota or else you will get calls and pay cuts too, all this not told when one joins as well. This place can be joined, but only for a limited time. If the work culture changes then one can still think to continue or else, not for long.

As a working clove employee, i felt it was good start but there is a lot of politics here, you need to look out for yourself only as no one will help you. People are mean and cunning and the management does not care about you at all. They are not dr centric they are assistant and money centric. The Hr dept (specially the head) or senior drs and dyzch, zch and above dont care how good employee you are or how long you may work. they are all self centric, mean and to be honest horrible. They do not care about your growth and also there is a lot of favouritism here.

...ossip and politics, with no teamwork. The salary is also low compared to the workload, and there’s absolutely no work-life balance. The unrealistic targets and long hours leave you burned out and frustrated. And even if you complete your shift, bosses insist to do overtime unnecessary just to show their power. They are bullying junior staffs. If you’re considering joining Clove Dental, think twice. The lack of respect, support, and focus on ethical patient care makes it a tough place to work. Look elsewhere if you value your career and well-being.

I like working here, the best thing is getting leave on time and salary on time and friendly employees.

I don't like it at all, here salary does not increase on time, promotion does not happen on time, there is no overtime.

Working with latest equipment, material, sterilisation protocol, cleanliness, spacious area, best assistants, ontime salary, trainings for skill development. Whatelse anybody want.
