Team mates are good, Work life balance is good. Company culture is good and flexible.

Dislikes

Management and manager is unfair. Career growth is not there. Compensation plan and the hike is not good. Majority of the politics can be identified at all levels. Efforts are not recognized

Dislikes

...bility to handle people but HR will only listen to them not the subordinates. we all know we work for salary but few people will work very hard only during their appraisals and take their subordinate's lives. Very few people are good and fit to be in Amazon/Cloudtail's system. Few Managers say the team that they themselves are workaholics and expect the team members to be workaholics. Overall you will lead a stressful life in this company if you are slightly higher level. For lower levels, this company is a dream place to work.

Overall it is a good company, one can learn many things about profession and decent package, good work environment, no restrictions on dress codes, no timings like login and logout, you can take your time to come office and go early if you are done with your work. it is like they believe in quality of work and not quantity of hours you are in office, good team outings, quarterly off sites.

Dislikes

Every where you go, there will be someone who pulls your leg down, i am facing same issue here, may manager didn`t give me environment where i could tell him about whats wrong going within the team. Finally after struggling 2.4 years now i can able to manage. and can give 2 out of 5 ratings for terms like hikes and promotions, there is good scope for people like qualified CA,CS, LAWER, and MBA`s from IIM`s but not for Associate level.

People are not very helpful...it's more like you need to experiment and learn everything on your own.. basically thrown into an ocean and asked to swim on your own when you don't even know to swim...that's challenging....
