It's been more than 7 months now and I am enjoying the journey so far. The kind of challenges with day to day work are amazing. it's like everyday learning about new things in Salesforce Ecosystem. The mentors and Leads are very supporting and difficult at the same time. because they want us to learn and grow.

Sometimes work demands lot from you but timelines are short. hence deliveries take more out of you.

This company has no value for their word. They will hire you and treat you like you are not worthy. All the seniors are unresponsive. they do not give the task and expect you to work. the worst situation here is of the trainee. they will not even help you learn. There are 4 people in the company who just pass the order and don't even know their team task. if you don't want to loose your confidence please don't join

The best part about the company is getting a free hand to work. Also, nobody pressurizes you or forces you to complete the task. It's up to you how you are managing your time and completing the task. Another good thing about it is the environment of the organization. Also, High-level management always understands the employee which is the most important factor an employee looks for, while joining the team.
