No work life balance, other then sleeping you have work. Do except any leave even if you are not well. Lot of Unwanted work. No promotion and no increment. No immediately support form higher official. But you have do your work there exception

Nothing, there are like a lala company. If you have any godfather in the company then u are able to survive,otherwise your game is for 6 months only..so please think 3 times before making any decisions to join this worst company.

Company is runs by upper management, even CEO don't no what's actually is going on field at circle level, every circle have their own policy runs by their regional Managers, no actual corporate polices in the system,nobody cares about their team members and their problems at circle level, company runs by only 3 people and supporters I wish will name them. I have made one of the worst decision of my professional life to join Cloud Extel, there is no job security at all they made me and my whole team to resign without any appropriate reason. Where I have recieved appreciation mail from our client ( Airtel) for the work which I had done during my deputation at Noida for 2 months. They are selfish they only thinks about themselves and their career only. They don't bother about their team members and their families at all. So request you to all please think thrise befor joining this culprit company. If you don't have your godfather in this company you will not survive more than 6 months in this worst company.
