Management as well as Employees can Communicate more Effectively. Talking about Salary, It makes sense that Pay could be a cause of contention particularly after working for the company for a number of years. I Occasionally felt Demotivated Since Leadership Didn't Recognize my Hard Work, Accomplishments and Dedication.

Best platform for beginner or freshers to skill up the knowledge and guidance cloudq focus on creating a good learning environment and pushing to client projects. Job training will be given for beginner.

As part of growing company we can't expect good pay in beginning even though salary is decent but career growth is slow, there is a bond of 2 years before you cannot resign.
