The salary was decent. They provided whatever they promised.

The work-culture is very bad. The company is controlled by one person. If that person is happy you will stay else you will be asked to leave the company.

There is nothing to like anything about the company. Only toxicity is there. Don't join this organization either being unemployed is a better option.

Dislikes

This company is run by a family who just believe in flattering. Their relatives are the only employees who are hard-working according to the CEO & Founder. Only office politics & negativity. They'll play with your mental health.

Dislikes

Culture, processes, benefits which are zero. The CEO acts like a new manager all the time. Try to poke in between everybody's work and can fire anybody and everybody at given point in time. Firing people out of his personal issues rather than professional
