Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?
I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

Everything 1. Bunch of jokers/monkey carryinv a empty water bucket running the show specially Personify Health BoT in India which a complete sham. 2. No vision of the company. 3. Vice president has no tech work he is interested in scheming plotting and making sure how he can terminate employment of employees who he dislikes. 4. Most of the employees at noida are through his reference and have formed a gang. 5. Always making noise for nothing may be its leadership style of working. 6. Unethical way of working no one seems to take responsibility or ownership they just play blame games. 7. Insecure leadership and yes every thing flows from top. 8. My advice for leadership will be just to "Grow up" stop playing so cheap and dirty with career of employees. 9. False hiring of employees on name of client and some fake stories been played for people that client going to take over the set up which won't happen.
