...re are lots of designations making it almost impossible for a person to grow. 2. Salary hike percentage is extremely low as compared to the market. 3. At least ten years behind the market in terms of technology, hence no learning for the employees. No one else will hire you because of your outdated skills.

Job is secure and good work life balance. Culture is a average bcs they don't give salary increment even on promotion so eliminating need for hard work. Policies are good, employee friendly but not much expenditure. Promotions average tenure with pathetic salary increase.

Dislikes

Nothing as such, it is once priorities at particular point of time. It is good to spend 2 or 3 years but not much promotion scope and salary hike.

Bonus is worst, if you get promotion also you get same hike as everyone get in organization, Always asked you to give process improvement idea if you given no recognisation
