I like CLG Retail Pvt. Ldd.(AKA IAAH) because it's a dynamic and innovative organization which is dedicated to delivering high quality furniture, furnishing and decor products to it's clients.The company culture is focused on collaboration, creativity and passion for excellence. The management team is supportive and encourages growth and development for all employees, which allows us to constantly improve and provide best possible experience to our customers. I have been working at CLG Retail company for few months , and lm proud to say that it's one of the best places I've ever worked The work life balance is excellent and the team is supportive and collaborative.

Work culture, they do not provide you the relieving letter even if you complete your notice, politics , no cordination among the management, you can ask question to the HR, no ownership, salary date is not decided and every month people has to chase for it, if they want to ask anyone to leave they will put some random eligations on them, hold your bonus amount which was part of your salary only, Fake promises, even if an employee, guys with the backgroud of Customer care were forced to do warehouse / inventory work / store work / website corrections, one was allowed to everything in the organisation and other was restricted from everything, partiality and list goes on .................
