Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...agement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming acade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I like companies policy on distribution of employees salary on time. And i like to work with Foreign manger team (Except Asian). they will listen and under stand the problems at site and will give freedom at work.

There is plenty of things.. ex.. internal politics and blaming always to someone it will so embarrass, unnecessary complaints, small issue will made big issue...etc..etc.. I have joined in this company because of brand name but when i entered into the company OMG.. full of politics..I am strongly suggesting to all . Don't ever and never try a job in this company unless the whole management is belongs/ handling by British management.
