there is no certainity for your job. Annual appraisals are not on time and not upto the expectations. There is lot of politics internally. Monetary benefits are very less.

Amazing Team bonding culture that enables each individual to take independent decisions, great leadership team that empowers bottom level.

Sustainability in systems and administrative policies. Traditional method for performance appraisal.

Employee benefits like PF not there.Medical not proper, proper approach to an individual not there, Notice period payment poor.Worst hr relationship, management is not much responsible towards employees problems,leave policy not good.

I like the freedom from higher management. And u r free to exprees your ideas... but the middle management is worst eg I.P head .... is very worst . Shows partiality to her cast and friends , will never encourage new talent, will always scold you irrilavently ..
