Salary very very Poor, and Increment very very very very Poor. I just Starting salary with 5000/- my ending salary only 8300/- in hand last five year only.

It is the best hospital in fbd all and all, but you have to be highly skilled to be the part of company for a long time. Good luck, lots of learning opportunities there.

Their increment process is lengthy and salary structure is not always upto the mark.

I like the work, management, of this pathology. The M.D. and incharge of pathology is so supportive and helpfull, they always try to teach technician new thing with deep meaning and total meaning. The staff was like a family.

No increment yearwise.

Work is worship we are going through events of confusion daily new guidelines from WHO and other health practitioners makes us more panic to handle the sick still the fight has to go on.

Employees are recognized as individuals , employees are highly motivated to see the hospital succeed, job responsibilities are clearly defined , my immediate superior provides a positive role model , i receive recognition for my work, Overall this hospital is a good place to work.
