...ecurity. They will remove them after a few days or they will push you to resign. Layoff affected a lot of employees in India and no one talked anything about this Part of the cost-cutting they targeted directors to the above level but when it comes to India all the MDs and directors protected each other and removed C05 to C11 employees from Citi.

compensation at the time of joining but good things end there only

This is the only place in my 20 years career I realized i am more intelligent and mature and capable of the SVPs who work with me, SVPS directors most of them have zero knowledge about capital markets, Have no skills to manage large and big projects they have ruined the work culture completely.

1. It is a tier 1 company and it really feels like it. 2. Job security. 3. Good pay and respect at work. 4. Experienced and knowledgeable co-workers.

Dislikes

1. Monotonous work. You will feel like being stuck at doing the same thing again and again. 2. You will get one manager who will look into the formalities at work while the other one probably overseas assigning you the work. It is really hard to work for one person and then ensure the local manager is aware of your achievements.

Its been 6 year working with CITI , they cover every aspect for your professional growth by giving world class training ,total new platform to learn and interact with end user/client .

Dislikes

Not much support during WFH like giving office laptop or any compensation.. They don't reimburse outside certification so if you are looking for some certification you need to have it by own Internal mobility is also not possible .. don't have any transperancy
