1. Not so dynamic environment 2. Company culture is terrible. 3. No time for upskilling. 4. People like to stay online till 11-12 am at night. Its normal in citi. 5. No knowledge transfer. Even people are in system since decade, they behave like they dont know the system. 6. No team meetings.

Even if we work for more than 12 hours per day, they will still demand more. People who are their favorites are given preferential treatment, and no skill sets are considered when giving them promotions and appraisals. There is no work life balance Weekends are also screwed as you are expected to be available to work whenever manager calls

Exp: 6.8 Java backend dev cognizant - 25 lpa (24 fixed) Epam - 28 fixed Citi - 30 fixed If i ask epam with citi offer they will increase their offer, but my question is that worth negotiating with them? Please give you suggestions. My Last working day is 31 March 2025.
