Pathetic work culture, US onsite people are cunning, No promotions, Very low salary hike, Very old Tech stack, Typical bossism work culture, No respect for Dev team directly boss gives estimation on behalf of Dev team.

When they want you to hire, they will provide you with more package or whatever you want....but once they decided project or work going to complete...then ur in hell situation and they show you their real faces...

Management have no vision and they don't bother about you... My sincere suggestion, please skip CITI from your options.

Good salary package & timely paid , office facilities are good with good environment.

With in team very less communication & no openness in between senior management & team members, work pressure is ver much high , working in very aggressive mode

The technology is cutting-edge and you are constantly learning new things. Good Bonus Leave and Public holidays are many

Dislikes

Even if we work for more than 12 hours per day, they will still demand more. People who are their favorites are given preferential treatment, and no skill sets are considered when giving them promotions and appraisals. There is no work life balance Weekends are also screwed as you are expected to be available to work whenever manager calls

Salary hikes, worklife balance, friendly people and staff except some seniors from your department.

Seniors are not helpful and Losing Job as new boss is from another bank and wants to bring in his whole team
