...any and exposure that you can only get in handful of companies around the world. Great compensation, benefits etc. Great office space and vibrant campus at Bengaluru. Unfortunately, most of my tenure was during COVID 19 and couldn't enjoy the benefits. Extremely employee friendly policies especially for the tech guys, not so much for the support functions like Finance which I was a part of.

Dislikes

American company can fire you anytime, downsize anytime and you wouldn't get another job with similar benefits easily. The place sort of puts you in a comfort zone which is difficult to get out from. I was employed during a period where huge downsizing was going on and hence the team culture was hampered and had a tough time tiding through. In support functions, everything depends on Budgets. Culture is extremely bureaucratic and yes you need to be a manager's favorite to grow and say goodbye to your self-respect unless your specific manager is true professional.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair And they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Compensation and benefits are very good. There are also opportunities for job rotation at lower levels. There is freedom on working hours depending on your team.

Dislikes

It is very bureaucratic. Need to go through various levels for approvals.
