Appraisal system is very complicated No cyclic promotion Salary cutting as variable pay is very high and no guarantee for performance bonus reward at the end of financial year as it is depends upon rating No increment and bonus if 1 rating

It working area very good.salary will get on time.

Higher authority person will work calm and neatly.But some manager not good.They will Target some people.If we are working 24 hours.They won't satisfy. They will ask can you work another one hour.

Good work environment and culture. Teammater are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent BT career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness

...a lot of politics and the management never understands or addresses your issues. Salary is good but it cannot suffice the mental torture. Had to resign early due to such reasons. No on job training by bosses, you will have to understand and manage the work all by yourself, seniors will only find faults.

If your Boss local and you are belonging from different area then don't work here, Local management are ruing CIPLA brand value, If you are outsider from Maharastra then don't join Cipla (Kurkumbh, Pune) plant. Top management always harassing the new joiners (Experienced / Trainee). The culture of Engineering department is terrible. Manager SANDIP RAMDAS DHUMAL is illiterate and uncultured person. If you want to join here ensure that who will be your Boss.
