My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...s experience in d and b field Cinepolis kochi is the worst company ever I work. Because of low salary package and there is no yearly salary increament. And there is no future and carrier growth. After that I join PVR cinemas including incentive my PVR salary is double of the Cinepolis salary.

I have working here last 1 year. Majjor concern is salary.its too low. And sometimes I feel some difficulty when my salary come . I can an example. Last month I had gone every day for my duty. - More of a yes-man favouring culture. - Head office team is least bothered to resolve the challenges being faced by the operations team at ground level - Pathetic supply chain management SOPs - SOPs are developed by a third party company - architecture to the best of my experience is designed with the least consideration about practicality of operations.
