Biggest liars, They will not pay as per your CTC even, their intentions are only on to cut short the employee's compensation. Job security is nil, as they will not bear you even for a month

Company Culture and Policy. Engagement and wellness Activities. Maintain timeline. Open communication.

Dislikes

Toxic politics at H.O. level. Don't know how to respect HR person at site level. Also site HR person never received any benefits except monthly salary. I like to suggest if you are looking job in HR profile then avoid Cinepolis Cinema Properties. Because the main culprit who will torture you at Cinema site they are Cinema Manager or Unit Head, Asst. Manager Training (that person is totally useless and licking character), Regional Trainer, Regional Manager(the person with zero IQ level).

...n period, they were providing training regarding preoperative opening of cinema. Although, they are giving salary as well with 10% deduction. They are supporting to their employees in this pandemic. We are thankful to Cinepolis India Pvt Ltd.

Dislikes

* No life balance * No career growth * Very Less salary * Extra working hours ie more than 10 hours. Note: There are many cons but there are some pros as well. They are helping to their employees in this pandemic. We are thankful to Cinepolis India.

Working culture is good but u wont see any further growth or areas to develop your skills.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management only prefer there favourite one. Company has sudden layoff as they have deducted the salary share and lay offs has also been done without any notice.

Likes

It had good work culture, open atmosphere, Lot of fun activities planned for employees regularly. Pay was good for deserving resources. Company policies were also ok & had growth programs from Harvard for good employees.

Dislikes

Job security- as there were major lay-offs during covid even after taking Salary cuts. That too in a very unprofessional & sudden manner which wasn't expected from an employer like Cinepolis.
