I have working here last 1 year. Majjor concern is salary.its too low. And sometimes I feel some difficulty when my salary come . I can an example. Last month I had gone every day for my duty. I never take any leave or off but also then my salary come only 10200 that's why I give 2 star in salary and benefits.

- More of a yes-man favouring culture. - Head office team is least bothered to resolve the challenges being faced by the operations team at ground level - Pathetic supply chain management SOPs - SOPs are developed by a third party company - architecture to the best of my experience is designed with the least consideration about practicality of operations.

All are good, on time salary, no extra pressure, Position Does not matter all are good for us Treat like a colleague, And you can gain so many knowledge, No partiality about senior junior

Company serching for external mangers and external persons for good position and good giving package internal promotion very slow and not givin good salary in that position

Salary difference for internally promoted candidate was less vs salary of a person hired for the same position externally. There was a big disparity. To take promotion they would keep transfer you to a different location.
