Over all its a good company , you can easily access to the top level authority's very easily but the only issue is you can't have a fair growth of level in your career the goals are set very high you need be extremely talented for this job to survive , and problems are not solved at right time .

Job culture is very good. Cigna is a foreign company that's why there is no restrictions at any place. Freedom of work.

Dislikes

...rganization. Now cigna india handled by ICICI Lombard and Prudential management. That's why cost cutting has been started. Little restriction. And lots of pressure on sales and system development team.

Good atmosphere and good people in the office and who ur very new to health industry they make them learn in good mannner

Iam unhappy with the salary and they is no holiday of secound saturday and government holidays other than that is good company

IT infrastructure needs to be developed, TAT time should be reduced and finally some flexibility should be implemented for onboarding customer based on PED and same for UW.
