Opportunities given based on the talent, potential and purely on capabilities than experience or the age. Senior leadership average age group is 35 and the management wants individuals to come up with the options for any given circumstances or the problems than handholding them to solve the issues in the management way. Good culture and KPIs are for the technical deliverables, product industrialization, and the optimization than for the hours of work, utilization and documentation.

Dislikes

I did not come across anything so far in my 5 years of experience, but we need to project the way of work at Ciel et Terre as the example to hold the talents to not to look outside! And to attract the talent from outside. The guys who get groomed here will serve for any challenging situations in the future, so to hold the talents we could put better efforts.

For Site construction staff, structured leave cycle policy should be introduced. Due to busy project schedule, management may not entertain casual leave applications, and due to it, the staff may be unable to utilize the compensatory leaves which will be getting expired within few months .

I truly appreciate the work life balance at the company. They prioritize employee's well-being, ensuring that we can maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. Additionally, there are excellent opportunities for technical skill enhancement.
