Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The only likes about the company is they are only willing to grow !!!

Dislikes

- Tremendous work load and no any way out or solutions for the problems, its only habitual and repetitive , You have to stay in company even after working hours for meetings and reviews etc - Not having basic facilities for Employees , No canteen , No bus and No road in rainy season - There is no any coordination neither communication between Management and Employees , Policies are made as per management comforts and no any consideration of employees - If you are on leave you are supposed to support from home at any cost

Everyone is working to save their job.. No one from Top level team is ready to solve problems of downlines.. If you are mess with Managers or Department heads then definitely you will be out of the company.. Mistakes allowed only for all HOD & Managers, Dy Managers, DGM.. They are taking good care of passing that mistakes on downlines. DGM which belongs from Quality department is too much political.. He is supporting to only those members who are accepting his all decisions.. If you have messed with him then he will definitely put into problems very smartly by different ways. Note: You don’t have access to ask for help or taking stands for right things.. You just need to go with flow..
