Job security is good and fine but there should be better increament after one year. But in this company this availability is not there after one year which is the most disappointing one. Even though I have completed my one year 5 months iam still in dout that whether increament will be provided or not. And there should be some good appraisals for employees working beyond office timings. This is what I am expecting.

Dislikes

The main dislike is about increament as said above. And work from home opportunity is not there in emergency cases. That shld be nice if provided work from home like other companies.

The company is open to learning and career growth and another plus point is that my colleagues and my managers are come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in the organization.

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours, some times late late into the night. Also, there is no no- job training for freshers, and expectations are very hi from freshers
