It was an amazing time spent with Christian medical association. It has given me a chance to enhance my capabilities and skills. Working environment is all good.

Dislikes

I just had a problem of not having Saturday off or half day as written in the appointment letter. Secondly, the houses been provided to be of different rooms for different people as it maintains privacy. Else all the aspects are amazing.

I like the theme of company which is to decrease maternal mortality rate as well as morbidity rate which is itselt a Nobel cause. CMAI runs this project working under CARE India (a Bill Gate's foundation).

Dislikes

If you really want an honest opinion then you should see for this organization only when you are either a Christian or a South Indian otherwise you will be making a big mistake in your professional career. As I'm a North India & not even a Christian I had to go through a lot though it comes to leaves, salary deduction (no salary slip or manual one), appreciation or posting areas. You can't even raise your voice because even in the hierarchy all are from these two communities only. Hence, you end up feeling helpless & hopeless.
