No Flexibility. Same designation staff getting paid 2x Salary with less exp. Poor Management. Polish the shoes of management and keep growing. People not get appraised by Manager, lack of leadership skills. No transparency neither in process or communication.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No job security without any reason they are terminated employee. Work culture seniors are very negative they want to “ Chaplusi” Management of top level so poor on promotion or about annual bonus , company policy as per the policy sat sun off but they want we work on that also.
