job security ,time of salary.another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration i also like the re hire policy.

Extremely disappointing unprofessional management . Zero gratitude towards the doctors no matter how long they work. Wasted my 1 year in such a toxic enviornment.

...stakes. Stories and accusations will be made with no proof towards the doctor. 5) for working literally 40-60hours extra every month - zero compensation will be provided. 6) unprofessional behaviour like making doctors life difficult by making them sleep in consultation room where covid patients wud have been seen and treated all and day night...when asked will shamelessly lie that it was done by vit management and nothing can be done. Completely a personal grudge for God knows wat reason will be shown out on the doctor's. Moreover the relievers will be given more importance and respect than the permanent doctors working there. Zero understanding and cruel corporate behaviour will be shown by the head of the center. By the Chettinad hospital team , there has been zero facilities/compensations have been given , even local clinics will take care of their doctors better.

Working atmosphere was good friendly working environment, knowledgeable doctors and other staffs .It was nice experience of working there. Good technology and well equipped hospital. Good coordination with medical students.

Dislikes

There was no career growth. I was not satisfied with salary and designation. Less educated people were given more chances.

Worst Company Where I had Ever Worked With..... Dr.Prabhu Mayakesavan - Ruined My Carrier..... He does Good Sketching To Remove a Staff If He Does Not Lik Them. If he wishes He Will Giv 1 Month Notice (Usually it's 3 Months Notice).... He Terminates Nurses Left & Right For Doctors Mistakes.... No humanity can B Expected From Him. I can Give End No. Of incidents Of Whom He had terminated. Ms.Kavitha (HR Manager) - Currently Working At Apollo Vanagaram HR - No Staff Friendly.... Worst HR manager Ever Seen....

The HR Department they are not given anything favour for as. Even no over time allowance & increment. If resigned the stuff get more torture
