Job timing was good. It was a 10 am to 7 pm job.

Dislikes

No proper training was provided to employees. Salary and increment was terrible. All was ok but in case of giving salary the management started crying. The power of some 10 pass ordinary people was more than highly qualified (diploma, btech) educated employees. So many dirty politics were played by them in case of leave, late coming and many others thing. HR policy was just rubbish. The HR was just a puppet of the company's CEO. They've no right to take individual decision. Internal selection of employees was not good. Here huge responsibility was given to dull, mobile addicted, ordinary ITI fitter who is not capable of writing a proper english spelling.

...looks very neat and clean and shiny but don't just go for it by the books cover. Growth is very slow and no salary hike. All time PNPC happening around.

...R already known that I am from different sales industry but when I meet with Sr. Manager, he told me that I am from different industry so that they will give basic salary as a freshers. I came their office all the way 200km from my Home and he was joking like a child. So every experienced employees be careful from this company.

This company's head office decoration is impressive but cheap mind for providing salary.

Time Management: Chemtex was the best place to time management.. Because, they've the flexibility of timings.. Which is called "TIME ADJUSTING". You can learn so many things from office and work culture.

HR POLICY: Noone obey HR rules and also HR not bother that. Appraisal: appraisal is not depend on your performance.. It depends on how much you're sharing your personal life's story with your HOD. Work Culture: Firstly said, Worst work Culture.. If you work then noone gives you the appreciation.. They've only interest in your personal life. Some groupsim always there. I didn't wanna mention anyone's name.. I've left the job just for the worst politics and the worst groupsim.. Even there've some people who enjoyed back bitching about you to HOD. Also there've one group of people who are ready to buttering the management. Some boys are still also there who pretend to be your friend but at your back they're ready to passing worst comment to you. Cheap office, cheap work Culture...

Extremely disgusting office culture. people are there who says they don't like politics they do the back bitching mainly and make the normal person suffocate working on. you can trust nobody they will share your personal life information to the boss as well as other colleagues. literally every single person will talk behind your back and make you feel like you're the only garbage left there. horrible people do dirty politics with soo called innocent faces.
