Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give average salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is average but career growth is fast. on the job training is not properly given to new joinees.

Likes

Owners had a human touch in their approach towards employees. On time salary. Company provided loans to needy employees. No HR policy or process in place. However sincere and hardworking employees are given good promption and growth. This was at the time i left the company. I don't know the suitation now.

Dislikes

Lack of coordination with in departments. Majority of employees doing only mechanical work and not concern with larger objective of the company growth. Very few people who are ready to take initiative.

Worst culture. They are treating employees like a slave. Sales head Mr Vivek Darakh is the worst boss to work with. Highly irritating and pushy in nature. Zero trust on his emplyees. Owner don’t have any interest in this company Don’t spoil your career to join these company..

I learned a lot while working and the environment of the company is also good

There are some things I didn't like about working here like when we move to the side we don't get support and care for the child who goes to the side.
