Work environment is negative and too much politics and even their working method was traditional and too old. Promotion only for those who gives information to HR and their Management person.

No salary support, more of work load, You need to keep zero expectations from management, when ever promotion is given you cant expect a salary hike, only expect more of work and duties, because according to them promotion, it is a token of love and appreciation that you are working good for the organisation as said by the HR department, Also HR never pick calls doesn’t matter how terrible your situation is. Time of arrival is fixed but you cant go at fixed time of your shift hours completing. Manager always have task ready right at 5 pm so that we cant leave office on time and when we ask him to leave on time then he be like you cant grow if you will work from 9 to 5.30 only When company expect from us to stay even after completion of shift hours then why it is wrong if we expect a good hike, management support etc. Also for them doesn’t matter how long you serve them with honesty, the day you resign you will become an enemy to them.

The HR Department & R&D Department as both the departments focus on brining the innovation on desk for internal as well as external stakeholders. The company focuses to invest in their employees as well as addup values towards their growth.

I have been working for years and I found management is very supportive in terms of employee's growth. Especially new generation is handling things more carefully under the oldest one.
