This company compensation is decent. The work pressure is very high. But this company not take appraisal except salary not increase time to time.

Nothing to dislike as such. Just they should focus on grooming or training the new joinees. But the make up for it by giving enough time to he joinee to go around and learn by themselves before starting to ask output from them

Work life balance is very good. No extra burdens. Holidays policy is good.

Lower chances of Skill Development / Learning. Routine work only no additional responsibility, will get promotion only after 3+ years. Salary increment is about 8 to 9% average

There is lack of training program & learning point of view, and ultimately it affects on salary/appraisal things.
