Great work culture and compensation. Management is always ready to listen to the employees and work on the concerns. Every first Friday of the month is a holiday. Flexible leaves and Mandatory paid vacation

Your appraisal depends upon the visibility you have and not on the work. The codebase is ancient and very badly designed. Also everything is extracted from the platform side so you never work on actual problems with scale just LLD.

Has a few great minds trying to solve a good problem in the industry. Inter-team culture is good (if you have the right manager). Flexible working hours and leave policy.

Dislikes

All the positives I mentioned are immediately cancelled out because of senior leadership. The company has let go of many really smart folks (and of course that’s affecting their performance). There is no faith in the leadership and an air of discontentment among smart folks still working there. The management cannot be trusted and frequently peddles false information to keep employee morale before firing them promptly, just months later.
