Our new Head Branding currently Manager is come to join this profile his name Haranath Ghosh his previous job profile in banking you can check his LinkedIn act. Ghosh and his deputy mangar harminder Singh very unprofessional nature. They don't want you to be a team, they just want you to be robots working and leaving with no care about each other. Ghosh and harminder can't think strategically or write strategically. Struggle to make decisions. They create unprofessional environment or unsecure job profile here for all job profile. 1. Manager take credit of team members 2. favouritism & office politics 3. quick at blaming others 4. unsecured job 5. Doesn't clear expectations. 6. Personal development 0

...taff right upto the security guards is so helpful that you won't ever feel lost. Salary is always on time and HR dept is cooperative too.

Saturdays are working most of the time and if you've joined recently, the leaves would be few.

HR staff has noo respect for the teachers ... Pay least interest to teachers problems... They won't even pay you well for your job... Overall it's a toxic environment there.

No respect to faculties Micro management Workload not evenly distributed among faculty pool 6 day work week. Roster off is available but may get cancelled any moment. No. of holidays and leaves are also very less.
