Nothing to like. Very toxic. Employees are brainwashed here. No growth. No manners. No etiquettes. Very much autocratic. One person drives it.

Typical Delhi people like Anish Gupta who think they are the king of the world and will speak to you like you are nothing. Please don't join this company even if it's the last place to work for.

policies are non transparent I am working for five years still I dont have any idea about the employment policies. no medical benefits no ground team communication from H/O, no paid leaves

I like so much to work here I never boured to work here for 16to18 hours in a day becouse of different works and opportunities of daily operations.

Company culture is so good on upper level but in operations if I talk to ground level, no one things comes here for exicutive level they work here becouse they haven't job. It is all about Jabalpur city.
