It is totally bad experience with this. This is worst 3rd party Payroll company.

...month there's policy changed. All HR are rude. No one is ready to pick up calls. There is no salary hikes.

Worked with them for 2-3 month after changing the vendor which is not best but experience was not bad ill love to work again

Slow response from hr team, leave policy and not getting response correctly, so many corrections are done after changes done

The work ethics is zero and no process or policies in place. The worst ever CEO Sindu BRJ ever seen. They have got a person who is at lower IQ of a mid managerial level and made her the CEO, lacks basic ethics, culture, discipline and the education to speak to people or be at such a level. Lies to clients completely. No vision nor goal oriented approach to build the company. The company has 10-15 employees at the moment who are working as recruiters but lack experience. All employees have quit or been made to quit because there is no revenue. Hire and fire kind of company which has nothing to offer to employees in terms of learning or exposure. Can see no growth or progress until the management is not changed. Utter waste of valuable time and resources of people who believed in this company.
