In Trichy, For fresher, it will be ok, but you won't get any offer letter, and pay slip etc. when you join as a fresher, job security depends on your talent if your talent your always welcome and survived. A salary appraisal is very less and if u work more than 5 years then only you will get good pay. A work environment is good and work-life balance depends on your field of working. Over as fresher and Trichy person how don't need more money can join there.
