Work pressure high any brokerage company.I have to work 9hours working.we effort high but salary not satisfaction ie low salary.

...th.. But after Ebixcash acquired us, Ebixcash is the worst company to work with. Ebixcash has laid 90% employees off from the the system during this pandemic situation - they name it as 'Leave without Pay'. No support from them

There is nothing to like about this company.they just use their employees.they keep me as a trainee for a year and after that also they donot take me onboard.still make excuses.

For freashers its a good place to learn but for experienced people it's non recommendable. There's no understanding among managers in the team and the same branch. But if you are good at flattering then it helps., sometimes.

Dislikes

You will be pressurised to sell each and every product ; SATURDAY working; Every week you have to prepare your data for review which is of no use. Sometime they will make you feel like a telecaller irrespective of what position you are at. Career wise it's not at all recommendable until and unless you are in Operations.

All staff supervisor are very good, very helpful. Centrum is great platform to shows our skill, I learned lot of thing from centrum, location is Mumbai international airport so that is also interesting thing in this job. I work 6 month and I enjoyed my job.

Dislikes

I didn't like one thing.. the shift is 12 hours but it becomes 13-14 hrs and there is no growth for girls means if they are join as cashier after 1 or 2 year she work as cashier only
