Good office, more hiring than work at present

Dislikes

Here in Ranchi office is good. staff are nice BUT 1. Directors are old School, the CEO is cool but he is unable to retain talented man in company due to internal politics of directors like energy and media. In short time i have heard a lot about former colleague and their contribution but not anything about directors. Outreach team has more gossiper especially woman who doesn't believe in working but they try to become spy of CEO for additional salary benifits and job security. I wouldn't advice management to do internal scrutiny and hire good colleague.

CEO keeps women staff as a detective to interfere in personal life of collegue and takes advantage of it. Directors are really irritating as they are selfish, means and biased. Ashwini is short tempered and freaking out always but also he never support in terms of knowledge.no doubt why other company dont call him in speaking anywhere. Same goes for communication director, he is show off, no real talented are staying in the company due to politics

Very toxic working environment. The CEO Ramapati Kumar is a characterless person. No good person stays in the company because of the CEO. He has kept a couple of informers to get information on the personal life of every employee. The owner is getting money from funders and enjoying for his personal life with fake bills.
