As I have mention above all the staff as well as other people like Security gaurd, office boys, electrition etc we have a friendly relationship.

...ities promise unrealistic timeline to client and pressure employees to work day and night, delayed appraisal, but cut your salary in time for being late in office

Various projects exposure with different technologies and domains.

Personally, I have done Masters and based on that I'm not getting package, position and recognitions. People should think more about the projects than politics.

- Micromanagement can be prevented by - blame game among teams leads to loss of productivity and trust can be prevented by - Assigning less challenging work not related to job profile & that too without prior training

Likes

Teams are small so you get opportunity to learn multiple skills if you take initiative. Work life balance is good and no overtime expected on weekends and weekday evenings. Appraisals can be good (15-30 percent) depending on performance.

Dislikes

Starting salary is average but hikes are decent.
