Compensation is decent . Managers donot value an individual' unique strenth that made me takeback my suggestions .I have many a often work ata straight 14 hours in a day to attend customer calls and request but no extra leave allowed in my emergency to compensate

Salary on time, promoters' approach is very good and they consider employees an asset

Dislikes

Working hours from 8 am to 10 pm or more sometimes, No reporting hierarchy, No holidays, Increments and promotion for psychophants, Lot of internal politics, Project Head promotes politics, President project uses abusibe language, Role of HR is negligible, No HR policy is followed at project

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high -quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Likes

Yes I do like my work but my current designation in company is not according to my skill . I request multiple Times to my HR team to transfer me in design department but zero response I received. Other wise company is good work culture is great & senior like elder family members.

Dislikes

Nothing much all teams are great.but I want to improve my skill in defferent department like planning or design but I don't receive change to prove myself.otherwise I don't dislike anything.

Likes

Teammates came from good backgrounds, good infrastructure and place displayed much potential in the beginning. Appeared to be just the place that valued the difference I could make.

Dislikes

Really petty organisation with no respect for professional people. Very subjective, dishonest and political. No professional space, not at all performance focused.
