Why's salary still treated like a taboo?

We work 50+ hrs a week for money, yet the one thing we don’t talk about openly is… salary. Someone once told me, “If you talk about pay, HR will think you're difficult.” But shouldn't knowing your worth be basic, not rebellious? It’s weird, companies want transparency from candidates, but won’t return the favour. Ask a simple “What’s the budget for this role?” and suddenly everyone’s “still finalising”. Bhai, finalise toh tabhi karo jab we’ve finalised expectations too?

We all human being despite our oringin/Allah God created all of us with special talent and gift ,training is part of team and checking on team team growth on who is capable of who is not ,all about who knows who it should be about talent ,respect ,love for you doing and all and team work this all bring a business profit to even the owner most of owner they dont care about the staff but the relationship between who they they bring on bord which shouldnt be part of bussiness ,allah ,God bless all,,as a country employee lets stand for what is right to make and let make this country great
