For example my first salary Rs. 1,000/- in 1984 after completed 32 years of service my last pay Rs. one lakh. and monthly pension around Rs. 30,000/-. In service programmes are available from time to time. Promotions are available as per seniority but not talent of the person. If boss is close the concern person may be uplifted in the form of promotion or rewards. The Reserved candidates may not be prove their talents and also not upto the standard in their respective work. They are very poor regarding rules and regulations of the organisation.

Dislikes

No one recognized the real talents of the worker, Seniority is the only yardstick to give benefits. Whether you work hard or not, no one will take care of. Bill and bell theory will follows Reserved candidates may get additional promotions including allotment of quarters. After retirement no one take care of you. He/she only get benefits as long as in service. Some sincere officers may get transfer very frequently in service therefore they are binding orders of the ruling govt. Some sincere and hardworking IAS officers are resigning in govt. service and opting private jobs with huge packages.
