I loved this CCL BOKARO because here good work environment and culture. Our senior and project engineer are very supportive and salary is very good and bonus are outstanding.

Maine yahan ek saal kaam kiya ,kaam krte krte bahut acha lga lekin kuch kuch kaam aise krne bolte te jo apne kaam se koi related nhi hota aise me thoda acha mehsus nhi hota ta.. aur bataun to yahan ki environment bhi achi ti lekin jaise private company aati HE hai lekin CCL me bhi bahut politics hoti hai...jaise example me pehle yahan local ko job milna chahiye bahar walon ko baad me job diya jaye wagarah wagarah .......

The best management of central coalfields and very good job but not pay salary on the time

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Good salary,various scope for learning &working,as per requirement training facilities available

Very slow growth,very high work pressure,sometimes i've to work 10-14 hrs straight in a day.no on job training for fresher's.

...velopments were organised time to time .There was ample chance in career growth.Salary was disbursed timely ,No problem in this regard .TA/DA, long travel concessions was given .No political pressure from either outside or inside.maximum chance s were given to learn . working environment was good.there was much to have innovative ideas.in addition to this over all was good

After pdpt their is no employment in ccl for job.. Because they doesn't give vaccency for mining sardar and Jr overman Post.. This is not good.
