Working timr 9 to 6 pm.jitna marzi kam kr lo.kisi ko koi farak ni padta.now in lockdown they didn't clear about working.even they didn't call me for work from last 2 month.when they are calling some of staff members of my department.when i tried to call hr for work.She also had no clue.even i have a written contract with company for 3 year working

New joinee needs to sign 3 year contract.salary is very low for new fresher.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very poor. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. They want lots of lot work but they give nothing.

Workers of the company. Mostly in printing unit, I found workers co-oprative.

Illigal bond system. All new comer employees are suffering from illigal bond. They keep employees allmost 30% salary in different catagories like graduity, ex- gracia, LWW, PF, etc. They also keep employees original certificate as sequirities. If a person want to quit before completion of 3 years, then management keep all deducted money and original certificates.

I really like the experimental part of centex on every fronts be it any field there is a lot to explore and learn.

Personal growth is very minimal.. there should be growth from time to time based on the performance which is very low.

The initial years at design work culture had been a great learning experience. You get to explore many areas and practical experience at every stage. You will meet some very hardworking people, who will guide and teach at every step Have seen pretty good days working there. But in last 2 years the work stress increase due to less staff and so lot of pressure which made late sittings. The HOD will support and work on own to complete work, but this is also not good A lot of motivation given to work but no timely increment, which is really bad at management end. Even when the increment happens no timely promotion. So this is a drawback at the HR end and policy. They really really need to improve this to keep the enthu of the employee. For learning and exploring good place to learn as they are working with international buyers and make good design collections, but need more people.

Travel was a problem due to bad roads and now it's under construction... should b ok in few months ,HR policies on timings/salaries need to make much better, too much rules n regulations , and delay in promotion and increment, no good food in canteen ...lastly no good place to go near by until u leave the office
