Good working culture. Management is very good and employee oriented. Have flexibility with working hours.

Do not offer any bonus or monetary benefits to the employees not even on big festivals like diwali. Promotions frequency is very low.

To be honest. Nothing apart from salary

They don't have proper trainings and expect people to become expert in 3 months. This comes from people who arr working on the product since beginning and yet get stuck

Company has OPEN PTO that means you can take unlimited leaves for your vacation, family time(subjected to your work and priorities and inform your team)

No job security! Hire & fire rule is what they follow. Leadership team is young, immature and partial. No way of advancing your skills here, management doesn't bother about it either. Instead only concerned about mergers and acquisitions!! However, what is the use if no right talent is there to manage the work?

Cendyn gives you complete work life balance. You get lot of opportunities to learn and grow with in the organization vertical and horizontal. Senior management is accessible to discuss and share your ideas. Company has Hybrid work culture.

Dislikes

Companies financial are not good it's not making profit, which directly impacting people job. Cendyn did some lay offs not majorly but few so Senior management should look for right work force planning, company has a good potential so figure out why it's not making good profits.
