1.The salary is quite low ,managing good lifestyle is completely impossible. 2.Work pressure is high as compared to the pay. 3.employee engagement activities are no fun .

No career growth.. no salary package.. no job security.. specifically HR and Admin head.. only gets the personal works done.. completely unprofessional and unacceptable work culture.. Must report this to the chairman of Meghe Group..

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
