I left organization within a week, people expect you to learn the entire process in a day and half, rms mixed with unnecessary back office work as well, no proper training provided to you, no proper work space,can't take leave since only 2 to 3 ppl in 1 team, don't even provide pc or laptop so you can wfh ,use your own ,no proper hr Department, no canteen,don't even have proper wash room/toilet facilities, worst experience.

Dislikes

Thirdclass company I have ever worked, Director call any time even saturday Sunday for his personal work, Shouting on employee any time without reason, And worst part is making Jokes on each employees. Very small company, No breathing space

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
