It is quite good environment as per kiezen process. It is good for learn things. This operation is only for smart employees.

This is my first company. I don't get enough salary here but once when I came here I was good in theory but now I'm good in practical also.

Working culture is bad . When small worker worked good then their all credit teken by officer level person, and when some complaint come in any material or product from market then they don't take that credit they said who packed this only that person responsible for that but they want only cream.

Manpower is good Supervisor or incharge is rude and not well behaviour also there is lack of good supervisor and Harish Latwal Rm of Cccpl SN Depot Delhi is not quit good they not provide tools dress safety shoes safety gloves.

There is Lack of Supervision here is hurryuply work done by the incharges from labours the buses gone out and come breakdown immediately. They make only number in front of upper Staff. Also here is Tata as DM Mr Imroz he is not Hering anything about related to parts order from SAP and manpower Complaint against safety, tools or sallery increase ment Promotion of Old Manpower In this depot Work not done properly that why here is again and again Buses Fire Incident comes.

You will feel just as you are working in family or friendship zone.. All staff and colliggue respect you and your word.

Dislikes

Their working experience or behaviour with staff... Less equipments , they are not able to take quik or random decision.
